Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register at 9vgo and use any service on the platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. This age limit is strictly enforced. Account registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a user opened an account under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts for the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or members of the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in the permanent closure of your account. If any of your information changes, you must notify the platform immediately.
Account Verification & Security
3.1 Identity Verification
9vgo may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
If someone uses your account without your permission and you do not inform us in time, 9vgo will not be held responsible for those transactions.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 9vgo — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account immediately.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Your account must be verified in order to make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though bank transfers may take a little longer.
Withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification
9vgo may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraudulent activity. Larger withdrawals may require more detailed documentation. 9vgo reserves the right to review suspicious transactions in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Deposits or withdrawals from another person's account are strictly prohibited. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This means a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. However, for deposits of ৳22,000 or more, the bonus amount is capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit + bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 (1,000 × 10) before making a withdrawal.
Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 wagered — after which bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies only once and is given on the first deposit only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
- Some games may contribute at a different rate towards bonus wagering — please refer to the details of the specific game.
- Bonuses will expire if not used within the specified time period.
- 9vgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
5.4 Promotional Abuse
Abusing or fraudulently using bonuses — such as placing bets solely for the purpose of withdrawing the bonus — may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
9vgo uses proven technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Our games are developed and tested by world-class software providers. The result of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.
6.2 Game Error Policy
If an abnormal win occurs due to a technical error or software malfunction, 9vgo reserves the right to void that payment. Payments will not be made on results that are clearly erroneous or defective.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. If a match is cancelled, rescheduled, or incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded. The rules for each betting market are listed on the specific page for each game category.
Bets generally cannot be changed once they have been placed. In exceptional cases, please contact the 9vgo support team.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9vgo:
- Using fraud, deception, or any other dishonest methods.
- Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other players to harm the platform.
- Filing chargeback claims against the platform.
- Opening an account using false identity or information.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
VIP Program
9vgo's VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression depends on regular gaming activity. 9vgo reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, but existing members will be given advance notice.

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method, however all bonus funds will be forfeited.
